Gayle and Rhythms of Grace Studio have been such a blessing to me! I look forward to attending almost every class they offer each week. As I have gotten older, I felt my body stiffen. I've become less flexible, less steady and my posture has suffered. Doing Barre has truly helped my overall fitness. I feel I have balance, I stand and sit straighter, and my muscles are more able to do what I want them to do!

When I first started going to classes at Rhythms of Grace Studio, I had no balance and very little muscle tone. I couldn't perform all of the moves in the class and I was frustrated, as I have always been athletic. Gayle encouraged me to continue to come to class and do whatever I could do and modify when I needed to. I continued going to classes and attending almost every class that was offered through the week. Slowly, I gained more strength and balance and confidence. I feel so much better. In my life right now I am facing some challenges and the ladies in class and Gayle are like family and they love on me and pray for me when I'm having a bad day. I am now a R.O.G. groupie - it is my passion to attend classes. I have attended classes for almost 8 months. I have lost 13 pounds and have gained muscle - and I have gained some great friendships. Gayle is an amazing instructor! I love the variety of classes she offers. She has a great sense of humor and makes every class fun! And from here...…………….

Individual Class

$ 10.00 per Class
  • Single fitness class rate
  • Drop-in rate (subject to space availability)
  • Payment due at time of class
  • Inclusion in Rhythms of Grace Studio's emailings and informational resources

Punch Card

$ 70.00 for 10 Cls
  • Good for any ten (10) fitness classes over a two (2) month period
  • Priority in reserving class place, second only to members
  • Use generally restricted to the punch card's purchaser*

Member, Monthly

$ 60.00 per Month
  • Unlimited fitness classes for a one (1) month period
  • Members get first priority in reserving class up through the day before the class
  • A greater value to participants who regularly participate in Rhythms of Grace Studio fitness classes

Member, Quarterly

$ 165.00 per Qtr
  • Unlimited fitness classes for a three (3) month period (equivalent to $55.00/mo)
  • Members get first priority in reserving class up through the day before the class
  • The GREATEST value to participants who commit to regularly participate in Rhythms of Grace Studio fitness classes over a three (3) month period

Private Instruction

$20. to $54. per person
  • Private one-on-one or couples instruction with Gayle on an appointment basis.
  • INDIVIDUAL: $30.00 for 30 minutes; $45.00 for 50 minutes; $54.00 for 60 minutes.
  • COUPLES / 2 FAMILY MEMBERS: $40.00 ($20.00 each) for 30 minutes; $54.00($27.00 each) for 50 minutes; $60.00($30.00 each) for 60 minutes.

Small Group Instruction

$12. to $20. per person
  • Small group instruction (group size 3 to 8 individuals).
  • GROUP SIZE: 3 to 5 Prices per person: $12.00 for 30 minutes, $18.00 for 50 minutes, $20.00 for 60 minutes.
  • GROUP SIZE: 6 to 8 Prices per person: $9.00 for 30 minutes, $15.00 for 50 minutes, $17.00 for 60 minutes.

Special Event

Price varies.
  • Schedule your special event to include Holy Yoga, Barre or REFIT(R)! Whether you schedule your event at our studio, or integrate it with your event's venue, a group fitness activity can bring a deeper level of connection, a huge dose of fun, and a memorable wellness experience to any special occasion. Contact the Studio for more information.

FITNESS CLASSES

Please come at least ten (10) minutes before the scheduled time so that classes can begin on time. Fitness Memberships and Fitness Punch Cards apply only to fitness classes and not to individual or small group instruction. All participants must sign a "waiver and release" before participating in any fitness class.

Barre

Cardio Barre and Power Barre workouts are specifically designed to lengthen and strengthen the muscles, using a blend of ballet exercises and technique along with cardio, strength training, flexibility, balance and core conditioning exercises for a total body workout. In this class, you will discover all your "secret muscles".

Wear comfy workout clothes, bring your water bottle, and be prepared to go barefoot or wear barre socks for this workout. Mats will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.

Ballerobica

Classic Ballerobica workouts are similar to Barre in that they use a blend of ballet exercises and technique along with cardio, strength training, flexibility, balance and core conditioning exercises to lengthen and strengthen the muscles.

Wear comfy workout clothes and water bottle. Be prepared to go barefoot or wear barre socks. If needed, mats are provided (or you can bring your own).

Ballerobica HIIT and Ballerobica Boxing workouts also use ballet exercises and techniques, but may include a more cardio intensity and strengthening repetitions.

Wear comfy workout clothes and tennis shoes, and bring your water bottle and towel.

 

Yoga & Yogalates

Faith-Based Yoga & Faith-Based Yogalates embraces the essential elements of yoga: breath work, meditation and physical postures. In all of these elements, Christ is the focus of our intention and worship. "Yoga" means to be joined, connected, or yoked with. Holy Yoga is an invitation to find deeper connection with God through the practices of breath work, meditation on Scripture, and movement, all on your yoga mat.

Wear comfy workout clothes, bring your water bottle, and be prepared to go barefoot or wear barre socks for this workout. Mats will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.

INDIVIDUAL & SMALL GROUP INSTRUCTION

Individual and small group instruction is available on a prearranged basis (see descriptions below). Please be sure to arrive at least ten (10) minutes before the appointed time. All participants must sign a "waiver and release" before participating in any class or instruction.

Gayle Howard

Gayle is passionate for God and His Word, for people, and for sharing the joy of movement in ALL its many forms. A self-proclaimed certification “junkie”, Gayle enjoys the process of learning and training in new fitness formats in order to share them with her clients, help them meet their fitness goals, and encourage them to grow stronger from the inside out through their fitness journeys.

Gayle is a certified REFIT®, Rev+Flow (by REFIT®), Holy Yoga, Pilates, IBBFA Barre and Ballerobica and licensed Progressing Ballet Technique instructor. She spent the first one-third of her life at the “barre”, and brings more than 16 years of ballet experience (including a brief professional career) and 16 years of group fitness instruction to the Studio.

Gayle and her handsome, gifted, intelligent, supportive, always loving husband, Rick, have been married for 32 years, and have lived in their not-so-little farmhouse on the highway for 23 years. They have 4 amazing children and 3 adorable grandchildren.  

Some of Gayle’s favorites include spending time with her family and friends, reading aloud to her grandchildren, ballet pink (the color), popcorn, English roses, dogs (especially Duchess the Labradoodle, Hobbes the Irish Setter, and Sawyer the hound dog), hardback books, hot chocolate, Audrey Hepburn, and classical ballets.

Experience

Professional ballet experience, as well as years of teaching experience in many different fitness disciplines, helps Gayle provide knowledgeable and clear instruction.

Certification

Gayle is certified in REFIT®, Rev+Flow (by REFIT®), Holy Yoga, Pilates and IBBFA Barre. She is also licensed as a Progressing Ballet Technique instructor.
